Old World heritage is on the menu in this hands-on cooking class from Chef Purva. She'll show you how to create legacy Italian dishes that represent the best of this beloved culinary culture. Your lesson begins with a classic take on bruschetta served with roasted peppers, pesto and cream cheese canapés. Then, you'll prepare homemade pasta from scratch with salmon and creamy tomato sauce. For dessert, bake a decadent chocolate fondant with ice cream.
