Great class and super fun, especially because we were able to stay in the bar and continue to order drinks. Only wished we could have made 2 different types of sushi.

Chef Kyndra is cool but this class was 50% prep only. The chef does the cooking and even though I paid for two people, we had to share one space, basically paid to make a half batch and do half the work. What if I paid for just myself, would I share half the experience with someone else? The other parties shared only one space as well, it was crammed which the chef herself noted. The chef cooked half of the groups gnocchi and didn’t go over proportions, just said “about this much” or “add about that much”. She made an incredible pasta sauce but we had no hand in prepping it or knowing the measurements, it was all thrown in a blender which I learned was a great way to make sauce. I think this could be improved if stock photos were not used but real photos placed on eventbrite to show the class. I am just one person, and this was my own experience.
