Authentic Japanese ramen noodles come in many different forms. In this cooking class with Chef Kimberly, you will get to discover the art of tsukemen, which are noodles dipped in savory broth.
Learn how to brew your own traditional ramen broth from scratch, then prepare a selection of vegetables, hard-boiled eggs, pork and – of course – noodles to dip in the broth.
Cooking Classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.
