Build tacos from scratch in this world-class, interactive cooking class led by Chef Kirby. You'll be taught how to craft tortillas out of flour, water and salt. Fill your newly made tortillas with pork shoulder, adobo sauce, fresh pineapple, onion and garlic for a scrumptious main work. Finally, add even more irresistible flavor with topping options like cotija cheese and avocado.

Kirby was a lot of fun to watch cooking, she puts on quite a show !! She obviously has a great understanding of seasoning and what flavors compliment each other !! I'll definitely be back for dinner and the show !!

My friends and I loved watching her cook it was like a dance. She is very much into the detail of preparing the food as well as plating the food. Her food is beautiful as well as delicious!!!
