Cooking Class: Surf and Turf Spectacular

With Chef Deaundra at the helm, you'll learn the kitchen craft required to assemble a meal you'll be proud to serve and eager to enjoy. Your lesson gets underway with a batch of crispy salmon cakes topped with homemade aioli infused with a bright citrus zing. Then, apply a perfect sear to a ribeye steak served with both beet and corn purees and sautee broccolini for a tender side dish. And don't forget dessert, a classic vanilla cream bread pudding flavored you'll bake from scratch.
