Learn how to turn garden variety onions into a savory soup bubbling with Provolone cheese, sear a selection of lamb chops served with fennel, shallots and a creamy potato puree and discover the culinary charm of adding a brown sugar, orange and honey glaze to elevate humble carrots. For dessert, bake a tender apple crumble topped with homemade caramel sauce and fresh whipped cream.
