In this engaging cooking class, learn the authentic recipes that are favorites of Korean kitchens. Chef Sarah will guide you through four tantalizing courses, starting with doenjang-jjigae, a tofu soup with shrimp and fresh onions and zucchinis. Next, make a savory beef bulgogi with fluffy steamed rice as the main dish. As a side, make sweet pickled cucumbers with a little spice thanks to red chili flakes. Finish the class by making bingu, a sweet shaved ice dessert with sweet condensed milk and topped with strawberries.
