Learn how to create sushi rolls the way a chef does in this interactive cooking class. Chef Mariana will guide you through the steps of making various types of sushi from fresh ingredients. You'll begin by making a sashimi platter with fresh cuts to tuna, salmon and fluke. Next, add a little heat and create a spicy tuna roll. Craft a nigiri plate with fresh cuts of salmon and tuna on a bed of fluffy sushi rice. Finish the meal by indulging in a matcha crème brûlée for dessert.
