Chef Henry, an expert at crafting South American flavors, will share the ins and outs of preparing an authentic Argentinian menu in this hands-on cooking class. Begin by learning how to make empanadas filled with bell peppers, chicken and beef. After, Chef Henry will show you how to assemble a breaded cutlet dish made of thinly sliced chicken or fish in a bright and herbal chimichurri sauce served with roasted potatoes and oregano brushed eggplant. Finally, you'll assemble a classic chocotorta by layering dulce de leche, cream cheese and cacao.

Chicken or Fish Milanesa and Chimichurri
With crispy roasted potatoes and roasted anchovy-oregano brushed eggplant

Great demonstration, he clearly has a lot of experience teaching classes and was very warm and funny while still being professional and informative. His venue is very nice and has a good amount of natural light coming in through the large windows. I would say Chef Henry is a great instructor.
