Cooking Class: A French Fare to Fan Over

Great demonstration, he clearly has a lot of experience teaching classes and was very warm and funny while still being professional and informative. His venue is very nice and has a good amount of natural light coming in through the large windows. I would say Chef Henry is a great instructor.
