A good pasta meal always begins with a great salad. So, to begin you’ll assemble mozzarella, fresh tomatoes and basil to build a refreshing caprese salad before hand-rolling dough to make a pappardelle pasta drenched in a creamy Alfredo sauce.

With parmigiano reggiano, butter, eggs, semolina and 00 flour
Sautéed Swiss Chard

With lady fingers, mascarpone, eggs, sugar, vanilla and espresso

Great demonstration, he clearly has a lot of experience teaching classes and was very warm and funny while still being professional and informative. His venue is very nice and has a good amount of natural light coming in through the large windows. I would say Chef Henry is a great instructor.
