Sushi may seem complicated to make yourself, but it doesn't need to be. Learn how to prep, roll, slice and top your own sushi in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Jacob.
He will start by teaching you how to make spicy tuna rolls topped with chipotle mayonnaise. Then, create California rolls, which are a popular style of sushi made with cucumber and imitation crab. Finish your meal by enjoying your homemade creations.
Cooking Classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.

We were really disappointed that we did not get to make the Spicy Tuna Rolls that was listed on the menu due to the chef unable to find fresh fish prior to the class. The class itself was very informative and Golden Apron is taking care of us with us only getting to make half of the menu that was listed when we purchased the class, which was only the California Rolls. Class is pricey for just California Rolls.
