Discover time-honored techniques and traditional recipes for the best comfort food from the region. Begin by tossing a zesty panzanella salad with toasted bread, vegetables and fresh herbs. Then, craft tender ricotta dumplings glazed with homestyle seasonings and parmesan. Prepare charred broccoli for a complimentary side dish. End your meal by baking soft ricotta cookies covered with powdered sugar and sprinkles.

Chef Julia is a talented chef, especially with pasta. If you are looking to learn about pastas I highly recommend taking her class. She is also a private chef. She looks forward to sharing her skills with her guests.
