Begin by crafting a spicy rice cake simmered with chili powder and sesame oil for your appetizer. Next, roll a refreshing seaweed roll with crab, eggs and vegetables. Then, cook potatoes glazed with sweet sesame oil and sprinkled with scallions. End by crafting flavorful shaved ice topped with fresh seasonal fruit for dessert.

Chef John's personality is captivating. He is very enthusiastic and energetic. His teaching skills are great and the way he does everything in the kitchen is really practical and beautiful.

His culinary adventures have taken him from Illinois to Ohio, California, and now Nashville, gathering valuable experience along the way. Fun fact: he even cooked for Taylor Swift!
