Paella is a popular Spanish dish made from rice, seafood and sometimes meat. In this cooking experience with Chef Jacob, you will learn how to make the perfect paella just like the kind you would find in Spain.
Learn all about the origins of the dish before making it yourself from scratch. Chef Jacob will teach you everything you need to know, from boiling your rice to prepping your chicken and seafood to adding just the right amount of saffron to spice up the final creation.
Cooking Classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.

We were really disappointed that we did not get to make the Spicy Tuna Rolls that was listed on the menu due to the chef unable to find fresh fish prior to the class. The class itself was very informative and Golden Apron is taking care of us with us only getting to make half of the menu that was listed when we purchased the class, which was only the California Rolls. Class is pricey for just California Rolls.
