Cooking Class: Make Japanese Sushi From Scratch
Explore how to make authentic Japanese sushi in this interactive cooking class with Chef Mo. You'll learn how to use the right equipment and ingredients to prepare fresh and tasty sushi as well as other traditional Japanese recipes. You'll start by steaming fresh edamame and sprinkling Hawaiian pink salt. Then, you'll prepare a tasty shiro red miso soup made with baked tofu, snow peas, and wakame seaweed. Then you'll make sashimi, nigiri, maki and more with fresh shrimp, salmon, tuna, and crab. As a dessert, you'll cook mango and lychee parfaits with coconut cream and sprinkled toasted coconut.

Amazing chef and teacher. Chef Mo was very sweet and patient. Especially because my husband didn’t have very good knife skills but she helped us along the way. I definitely recommend a class with her.
