Cooking Class: Spanish Vibrant Flavors
Experience traditional Spanish flavors in this interactive cooking class with Chef Mo. You'll start by cooking a Spanish tortilla, a delicious omelet with potatoes, onions, piquillos and eggs. Next is a classic recipe using toasted pasta, shrimp, olives, pimentos and smoked paprika. As a side dish, you'll have crunchy green beans sprinkled with olive oil and garlic. As a dessert, you'll cook empanadas de membrillo.

Chef Mo was so fun. We had a great evening with wonderful Thai food. We loved the one on one attention and all the cooking tips. Chef Mo's expertise was evident . We would certainly do this again!

Amazing chef and teacher. Chef Mo was very sweet and patient. Especially because my husband didn’t have very good knife skills but she helped us along the way. I definitely recommend a class with her.
