Cooking Class: Vibrant Thai Flavors
During this hands-on cooking class, you will explore the authentic flavors of Thai cuisine. Chef Mo will take you to a delightful experience teaching you the secrets and ingredients needed to make the best Thai recipes. Start with fresh spring rolls made with lettuce, Thai basil, mint, cilantro, carrots, cucumber and onion. Next, prepare a tangy chicken that blends sweet and spicy flavors seamlessly made with pickled cucumbers and radishes. Pair it with savory coconut mango rice. And for dessert, learn how to make mango mousse with coconut crumble.

Amazing chef and teacher. Chef Mo was very sweet and patient. Especially because my husband didn’t have very good knife skills but she helped us along the way. I definitely recommend a class with her.
