This was my wife and I’s first cooking class ever and we are so happy to have chef Lamar we were pretty lost on how to make pasta but Chef took the time to help each of us and encouraged us throughout the entire class. He asked us to try he never expected us to be perfect it made for a great learning experience! We look forward to taking one of his classes again. My only complaint was that we did not have our own cooking stations, that would have really made the class that much better however it was still a wonderful experience!
