If you love pasta, then this hands-on cooking class is going to be one for the books! Join Chef Lamar as he guides you through the art of making several types of fresh pasta from scratch.
Chef Lamar will provide his expert tips and tricks for crafting fresh pasta shapes and classic sauces. You'll combine basic ingredients for a perfect pasta dough and learn to shape it into the noodles of your choice. Then, you'll learn to whip up a foolproof marinara sauce and a luxurious Alfredo sauce to serve your pasta in. Dig in and take your new skills home with you!

Chef Lamar was great! We’d love to take one of his more in depth classes in the future!

Chef Lamar was very sweet and seems like such a great guy. Unfortunately there were just a lot of issues with this class. First, it was outside in 90+ degree weather, that definitely should be included in the description (it's also a sushi class, so food safety becomes an issue in the heat). It started at 6:30 so we went out at 6:25, only to be told that class would start after 7 "to give everyone time to get there." If it starts at 6:30 and people are late, that's their problem!! The worst part is that the description said we'd make a roll and a poke bowl. We made the roll and then chef said that someone in the class requested we not have tuna so he's skipping the bowl. ....huh? We spent over $100 for this class, each had one California roll, and had to stop for dinner on the way home. Maybe this was just an off night, but unfortunately I can't recommend this class and we wouldn't come back.
