Sarineh brings such a wealth of knowledge to her classes. In taking her class, I not only learned to make three delicious dishes that I have never had before, but also I learned about her culture and the hidden health benefits of each dish. It was just joy cooking with her as she is a natural teacher. I never felt rushed or lost during the class. She gave clear instructions and her virtual set-up allowed me to feel like I was cooking right there with her. I look forward to taking more classes from her!

Sarineh is an excellent and very patient cooking instructor, taking the time to make sure all the attendees are getting her undivided attention. Her recipes are simple, delicious and nutritious, making for totally guilt free eating. I highly recommend taking one of her classes.
With degrees and certificates in culinary nutrition and business administration, Chef Sarineh is ready to share her knowledge, tips and skills with eager home chefs. Her background includes instruction, recipe development and local and international cuisine. Meal planning, food waste management, ingredient sourcing and food cost calculation are just a few of her many skill sets. Former jobs include teaching culinary nutrition to children, preparing meals for large groups and teaching how to prepare nutritious meals on a budget.
