Cooking Class: Asian Wraps

Join Chef Harold in this exciting, hands-on cooking class that focuses on mastering the basics of handcrafting irresistible and fresh Asian wraps completely from scratch.


Learn how to make three types of Asian wraps under the guidance of Chef Harold. After making homemade egg drop soup, discover how to roll a teriyaki chicken spring roll with a fried egg and shiitake mushrooms, and a shrimp spring roll with fresh mint. The rolling continues into dessert with a sweet tropical wrap with melon, mango and dragon fruit.


Cooking Classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase wine and beef to enjoy during the class.

Egg Drop Soup 

    With mushrooms, scallion, soy sauce and black pepper 


Singapore Teriyaki Chicken Spring Roll

     With cabbage, carrots, shiitake mushrooms, a fried egg and fried tofu


Vietnam Shrimp Spring Roll 

With cucumber, carrots, glass noodles and mint


Tropical Fruit Wrap

     With assorted seasonal fruit, including melon, mango and dragon fruit
