In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Timothy will guide you through handcrafted authentic Italian courses with traditional techniques and ingredients. Begin the meal by learning the skill of recreating a cheesy eggplant parmesan.
Follow this by forming pizza dough with your own two hands and use it to build your favorite classic Italian pizza with toppings like prosciutto, spinach, peppers, artichokes and more. For dessert, you'll be taught the delicate process of turning flour, Marsala wine, allspice, ricotta, chocolate and pistachios into Italian favorite of sweet homemade cannolis.

Toppings may include mozzarella, Parmesan, fontana, ricotta, goat cheese, pepperoni, sausage, spinach, pineapple, ham, mini meatballs, onions, peppers, mushrooms, prosciutto, olives, basil, bacon, artichoke, shrimp and Roma tomatoes
Homemade Cannolis
With Marsala wine, flour, ricotta, allspice, chocolate and pistachios

This was the first time that my wife and I had taken a cooking course. There was virtually no instruction unless you were one of the lucky ones around the table that happened to be in front of him while he demonstrated. The resulting product was not really edible. The rice was a mushy mess. The whole time the class felt rushed and disorganized.

Chef was great but the food was not great quality and the rice was cooked weird.

Absolutely loved this class. Chef Timothy was very knowledgeable and informative. It was just a really cool and unique experience. The sushi was also delicious! :)

Chef Timothy is living his childhood dream as a personal chef and culinary instructor in Nashville. With past experience that includes teaching cooking classes for kids and working as a private chef, Chef Timothy is an engaging teacher for all ages and skill levels. He loves to cook international cuisine as well as classic southern fare, and his goal is to bring the life-giving joy of wonderful food to every guest.
