He'll use his expertise to show you the secrets to preparing delectable ramen with a gourmet twist. Say goodbye to bland packaged noodles and learn how to create a comforting bowl of ramen from scratch!
During the class, you'll start by crafting a savory soup base using flavorful ingredients like soy sauce and aromatics like ginger and garlic. Next, you'll add in your noodles and veggies to simmer up a hearty, wholesome bowl of classic ramen.

Justin explained wonderfully how to prepare the meal and answered many questions regarding the ingredients. The background stories brought the recipes to life. Fun and super helpful so I will be able to make this on my own. Great class, loved it!
Chef Justin has led what is best described as a colorful culinary life. His first ten years in the kitchen were spent as a journeyman cook. He served as a line cook, worked in catering and at music festivals, and even held his own pop-up events serving his own delicious creations. Adventuring to 15 countries around Europe and Asia helped Chef Justin develop a palate and a style he's proud to share with others.
