Join Chef Justin for a fun-filled, hands-on cooking class where you'll learn how to make the best dumplings from scratch. With Chef Justin's expert guidance, you're bound to leave class with some useful new skills and a full belly! Using a variety of vegetables, you'll whip up a tasty filling before you learn to expertly fold and cook your dumplings to perfection.

Justin explained wonderfully how to prepare the meal and answered many questions regarding the ingredients. The background stories brought the recipes to life. Fun and super helpful so I will be able to make this on my own. Great class, loved it!
Chef Justin has led what is best described as a colorful culinary life. His first ten years in the kitchen were spent as a journeyman cook. He served as a line cook, worked in catering and at music festivals, and even held his own pop-up events serving his own delicious creations. Adventuring to 15 countries around Europe and Asia helped Chef Justin develop a palate and a style he's proud to share with others.
