Get the fiesta underway in a hands-on cooking class where Tex-Mex dishes are the order of the day! Chef Andrea steps into the kitchen to show you her dynamic techniques for creating a savory spread with a delicious variety of tastes and textures.

Begin your lesson by learning how to prepare your own homemade tortillas using fresh corn flour and a hearty dash of tradition. Cook up succulent shrimp and prepare a variety of fresh toppings, including a seasoned Southwest sauce featuring Greek yogurt and creamy guacamole made from scratch.

Was so much fun and the food was delicious! Chef Andrea was very patient with me as I am NOT a cook. She was also very patient with our talkative little group. I would definitely do this again.

My husband and I attended this class to celebrate our anniversary and it did not disappoint. Chef Andrea was friendly, knowledgeable and kind. We loved the class and will be making shrimp and grits on our own very soon!
