Learn how you can bring an authentic taco-making experience home with the help of Chef Christine in this interactive Mexican cooking class. You’ll use traditional ingredients to create authentic tacos full of flavor.
First, a good taco shell always begins with the dough and Chef Christine will teach you how to use masa harina to form the perfect taco shell. Next, prepare an assortment of meats and veggies to cook with traditional seasonings for a zesty filling. Finally, you’ll arrange your tacos with various toppings of your choosing and all that’s left to do is dig in.

Wonderful experience with a talented and kind Chef who had so much to offer during our sushi class. Made friends with the other class goers :) 10/10 recommend!!!

Chef Christine did a wonderful job. I enjoyed learning how to make dumplings and will try to make them at home. The venue needed a bit more light. It was fun but I probably would not do this again particularly not with a Groupon which was a ripoff with very limited class selection. Book directly if you want to do this. I tipped at the class.

Chef Christine is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in the culinary industry. She studied in New York, France and Germany while earning her degree in culinary arts and hospitality management and has worked at notable establishments such as Goldman Sachs Executive Dining, Carnegie Hall Catering, and numerous restaurants. She's even catered for big names like Oprah Winfrey and her film crew. Christine worked for 15 years at Las Vegas' famous venues like Monte Carlo, Bellagio, and The Venetian before transitioning to corporate and private chef work.
