There’s nothing like picking up a new hobby and rolling sushi is a fun and creative art you’ll master in no time with this hands-on cooking class by Chef Christine. Chef Christine will guide you step-by-step through the process of creating two delicious sushi rolls packed with natural ingredients and explosive flavors.
First, Chef Christine will demonstrate the best methods for cooking rice before teaching you how to properly use a knife to carefully slice and prep garden-fresh produce. Finally, you’ll prepare a bed of rice, seafood and vegetables atop crisp sheets of nori to carefully roll into a sushi masterpiece.

Chef Christine is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in the culinary industry. She studied in New York, France and Germany while earning her degree in culinary arts and hospitality management and has worked at notable establishments such as Goldman Sachs Executive Dining, Carnegie Hall Catering, and numerous restaurants. She's even catered for big names like Oprah Winfrey and her film crew. Christine worked for 15 years at Las Vegas' famous venues like Monte Carlo, Bellagio, and The Venetian before transitioning to corporate and private chef work.
