Cooking Class: Make an Authentic Mexican Feast

Craft an authentic Mexican feast in this engaging cooking class led by Chef Michelle. Each dish will be bursting with flavor as you cook your way through an expertly curated menu. Begin the class with bite-sized shrimp tostadas served in corn cups and topped with fresh avocado. 


Next, make a homemade enchilada with either chicken, beef or shrimp in a flour or corn tortilla. They're served alongside Spanish rice and beans and topped with a tart and spicy salsa verde. Indulge with a homemade sopapilla cheesecake for dessert.
