Celebrate Mom or enjoy a fun time with friends as you make a crêpe-filled brunch in this fun cooking class. Chef Afi will be your expert guide as you master the art of making delicate crêpes for a gourmet meal.
You'll learn how to create the perfect egg-free crêpe batter before learning the best ways to cook these delightful pancakes to perfection. Chef Afi will teach you two delicious recipes, including a savory crêpe with spinach, cheese and mushrooms and a lovely sweet version with ricotta, raspberry, and zingy lemon. It'll be a brunch you'll never forget!
Cooking classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase alcoholic beverages from the venue to enjoy during the class.

Chef Afi gave us a great first time cooking class experience. My partner and I had a blast making these delicious Butternut Squash Raviolis and enjoyed learning about the whole process and how simple it was to make! She inspired us to make these at home and we would love to take another one of her classes!
