Cooking Class: Cooking Curry 101
Get ready to master the art of creating the ultimate curry with Chef Taruna as your guide. You will learn everything from selecting the ideal spices to measuring them out correctly and knowing the perfect timing to incorporate them, as timing is key to this process.
The class will commence with a hands-on session to create a classic coconut shrimp curry featuring onions and tomatoes, paired with basmati rice pilaf and naan, a renowned Indian bread. Following this, you will discover how to prepare saag paneer, a classic spinach and Indian cheese dish, as well as oven-roasted vegetables such as cauliflower, okra, and potatoes.
