Chef KJ is a food lover from Southeast Texas with Louisiana roots. His knack for creative cooking began at a young age as he learned to cook in his Turkish-Creole home. The author of two cookbooks, Chef KJ has led an impressive career. He's the founder of Klara J’s Artisan Confections, has a degree from the Art Institute of Houston, has served as a private chef and even represented the James Beard Foundation in Washington DC. Bradford has received many accolades for his professional work, volunteerism, and community activism. He believes the kitchen table is a place to find joy and comfort as you create memories through shared meals.
