If Chinese noodles are on your list of favorite dishes, then this hands-on cooking class from Chef Li is a must! You'll explore the heritage of making hand-pulled noodles prepared in the finest Chinese tradition as you learn to create your own incredible dishes.
Begin your lesson by combining fresh, wholesome ingredients to prepare a classic dough before rolling and slicing it into hand-pulled noodles. Then, cook up a savory tomato sauce warmly flavored with cinnamon and ginger and peppered with tender chicken. Dig in and enjoy!
Cooking classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase alcoholic beverages from the venue to enjoy during the class.

She jumped around too much. She focused on too many things at once. It would’ve been nice to finish one thing and move onto. The next was hard to follow her.
Meet your chef
Chef Li is an experienced chef who has cooked and studied all around the world. She was formerly based in Singapore, where she offered private cooking classes as well as corporate cooking events. Now Chef Li offers cooking classes in the US, although her style is influenced by her international background. Although Chef Li specializes in traditional Chinese and Southeast Asian cuisine, she welcomes students of all culinary backgrounds and loves the chance to open their minds to new cooking styles.
