Cooking Class: Cooking Gourmet Crêpes
Learn the timeless art of French crêpes in this exciting cooking class with Chef Stephanie. She'll share traditional techniques for creating tender rolled cakes that make a perfect base for delicious fillings.
You'll learn to use wholesome ingredients to prepare a classic batter to begin your crêpes creations. Then, fill your delicate wrappers with savory elements, including smoked salmon and ham, Swiss cheese, and a silky béchamel sauce. You'll also assemble a sweet crêpe stuffed with tangy strawberries and decadent chocolate!

We thoroughly enjoyed our crepe- making class with Chef Stephanie, an authentic French chef! The crepes were all delicious, and we were pleased to learn these new recipes. A great way to spend a weekend morning. Highly recommend!

Meet your chef
Chef Stephanie received extensive culinary training in France before finding her niche as an instructor at the Art Institute, where she taught culinary arts for eight years. She focuses on kitchen fundamentals that emphasize technique as well as fostering confidence and creativity by exploring an array of ingredients and flavors that are both traditional and exotic. Chef Stephanie’s classes promise to be fun, exciting and memorable for her students.
