Join Chef Lyndsey for a fun-filled cooking class and learn how to create delectable, bite-sized desserts that are both elegant and scrumptious. A skilled pastry chef, Chef Lyndsey will guide you as you create three delicate treats, learning valuable kitchen skills along the way!
In this class, you will learn to make the perfect Oreo truffles using a delightful combination of Oreo cookies, cream cheese, milk chocolate and sea salt. Next, you'll make cheesecake shots that are as adorable to look at as they are delicious! Using cream cheese, sour cream, vanilla, sugar, strawberries and graham crackers, you'll discover why these tasty treats are perfect for all occassions. Finally, you'll whip up a decadent chocolate and mint mousse with Oreos and fresh mint. Don't miss out on the chance to become a dessert pro!
Cooking classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase alcoholic beverages from the venue to enjoy during the class.

We had fun! We really liked that the ingredients and tools were simple and that we could easily make everything at home.

It was a great experience. Super simple ingredients that made up the dessert with a few adjustments that elevated the flavor, texture and overall look. I learned a few new tricks and met some cool people.

Chef Lyndsey is a pastry chef and food artist based in Las Vegas. Her adventure in the culinary arts has taken her to Le Cordon Bleu in Austin and Dallas for top-tier training before bringing her to such prestigious kitchens as Zuma and Wolfgang Puck's Five Sixty. Her energetic passion for gourmet pastry craft has helped her serve her inventive creations for A-list clients. For Chef Lyndsey, sharing her abiding love of cuisine is a way of life.
