Gnocchi is one of the most popular dishes in Italy, for good reason. Learn how to make these Italian dumplings yourself in this cooking class with Chef Neilie.
You will make the ricotta dough yourself before rolling it into pieces and boiling them. While the gnocchi is cooking, prepare a sweet and nutty sauce made with roasted butternut squash, brown butter and sage. Once everything's done, mix the gnocchi and sauce, plate your meal and enjoy the rewards of your hard work.
Cooking Classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.
