Join Chef Cregg for a culinary journey through the flavors of France as you learn how to create a delicious Parisian-inspired feast! This hands-on cooking class will give you the opportunity to master French cooking techniques, refine your knife skills, and learn how to create beautiful dishes from scratch.
To begin, you'll prepare a frisée salad with a delicious bacon vinaigrette and a perfectly poached egg — a classic French dish that's both light and flavorful. Next, you'll braise chicken to perfection and whisk together a creamy mustard sauce that's sure to impress. As the chicken cooks, you'll also create two delightful sides: a smooth and creamy potato and parsnip purée and perfectly cooked asparagus. And to top it all off, Chef Cregg will teach you how to make bostock, a decadent French pastry that's flavored with frangipane and fruit. With Chef Cregg's guidance, you'll be able to create a dessert that's both elegant and delicious.
