Get ready for an unforgettable culinary adventure with Chef Cregg's interactive cooking class! In this hands-on experience, you'll learn how to create and indulge in delicious cuisine from around the world, while also mastering impressive and advanced techniques along the way.
Throughout the class, you'll work your way through a contemporary four-course menu, learning everything from the art of smoking foods to the trick to sous vide cooking. For a Parisian gnocchi dish, you'll make handmade gnocchi and create a smoked cashew beurre blanc, which will add a depth of flavor and richness to the dish. Then, you'll learn how to sous vide a heritage pork loin, ensuring that it's cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. For dessert, you'll get to create a tantalizing dish of poached nectarines for a delicate pastry with a delicious balance of sweet and tart flavors.
