Learn to create a delicious alternative to pasta with a gnocchi-making, in-person cooking class with Chef Rogger. He'll show you the traditional methods for preparing a meal with these tender Italian dumplings in the starring role.
You'll begin with a lesson in blending potatoes, flour and eggs into a soft dough that transforms into delicious gnocchi after expertly boiled. Then, you'll create a silky cream sauce featuring Madeira wine to dress your gnocchi and cook up delicate spring vegetables to top this light and savory meal.

Chef Rogger is a nice guy and did his best. However, the class was lacking of about everything. Improper room and setup, no hands-on option for the participants. No hand-out of recipes. And last but not least such a little portion of gnocchi for everyone that made us go out for dinner afterwards. $55 for the event is massively overpriced.

Nice guy and had a good experience/food was tasty. The dinner was an appetizer portion and there was no hands on cooking. It’s a lot of money for what you get.
