Chicken and waffles is a comfort food classic throughout the Southern United States. Learn how to make Alabama-style chicken and waffles from scratch in this cooking class with Chef Andrew.
He will teach you how to spice, crumb and perfectly fry your chicken for the right amount of crunchiness. You'll also learn how to make a basic waffle batter that you can easily recreate at home! Serve your handmade chicken and waffles with a side of rich maple syrup gravy.
Cooking Classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.
