Hello and thank you for your interest in my class! My name is Chef Jasmine and I've been in the food industry for over 15 years. During that time frame, I have broadened my knowledge, experience and enhanced my skillset working under amazing Chefs in well-established restaurants such as The Bazaar by Jose Andres, QANTAS Airlines, The Peninsula Hotel, and Children’s Hospital. Born and raised in Los Angeles, my style of cooking is best described as multicultural with a healthy addition of fresh vegetables, herbs, and spices. Combined with family influences of Southern American and Jamaican cuisines. In 2012, my doctor diagnosed me with a gluten allergy. Seeming like a curse back then, I know now that it was a blessing in disguise! Each of my classes can be converted to completely gluten-free. With my personal experience, you won't be able to tell the difference! Currently living in Dallas, Texas since 2018. My goal is to help you create amazing food that you can easily prepare time and time again!
