Holding an AS in Culinary Arts from Keiser University, she has over a decade of expertise in creative menu development, staff training and inventory management. As a head sushi chef and culinary instructor, she's excited to share her professional tips, tricks and techniques along with the skills she has honed working in kitchens with hungry foodies and budding chefs.

Chef Jennifer’s Sushi Making class was nothing short of amazing! Great set up, fun class and welcoming environment. We learned so much and the sushi was delicious. I would recommend Chef Jennifer and her classes to everyone!!!

Chef Jennifer is the bomb!!! I really appreciate the level of TLC and patience with me in making me feel confident in makimg my sushi rolls. I highly enjoyed the environment and the class is definitely a vibe ,nothing was out of place, the assistant chef got me together in a good way ,making sure I was on point and that is what I want ,not to be allowed to be right just because I'm a paying customer but resepectfuly corrected . Everything was super clean and sanitized, the ingredients and the sushi was super fresh and delicious 😋. Great for first dates,celebrations and of course if you want to try something new. Highly recommend

She knew the order in which she was going to conduct the class, but she never shared the details of the order with us.
She stuck her hands in my food multiple times taking food off my plate. Very gross and unprofessional if you ask me.
Wasn’t impressed by any of it. She was a little excessive with the black culture appropriation.

We had the best time! It was really fun learning how to roll sushi ourselves and we will definitely make sushi from home now. It was a wonderful experience and Jennifer answered all of our questions! 100% would recommend. And - the sushi was absolutely delicious!
