We had a great time with Chef Jenny learning how to make dumplings from scratch.
She was a very good teacher and patiently demonstrated (multiple times!) the proper technique for forming the dumplings so that they get the proper shape.
It was fun and social and we ate a ton of dumplings!

Chef Jenny was great! She was super friendly and it was a great experience — the dumplings we made were delicious! Everyone got a full meal-sized portion of dumplings, and it was incredibly interactive!

This class was okay. I thought it would be more the other cooking classes I've done in the past where you actually get to cook. In this class the instructor does all of the cutting and cooking. The only thing that we got to do was roll out the dough and then form it around the filling. The other problem I have with the class was that nobody washed their hands and then we all made dumplings that were cooked and passed around to everyone. It wasn't very sanitary and you were tasting the dumplings of people who weren't necessarily doing them right rather than the instructor doing them. They weren't very good. All in all, we had fun but it wasn't very hands on or informative.
