The chef was great and very informative. The gnocchi was tasty. The only critique I have is about the venue, not the class itself. The music was loud at the brewery and the bartender wasn’t Keen on turning it down so we could hear the instructor.

Stephen was friendly and knowledgeable and the class was interactive and enjoyable however we could not hear most of what he was saying. His voice is soft and his speaker system was not good. The brewery lowered their music and we asked Stephen to stand in a different spot but the sound still was not good so we missed a lot of what he was saying. Otherwise a great class and the food was yum!

Great class! We learned a lot and the food was delicious! The only downside was the venue. It was hard to hear Chef Stephen at times.

Chef Stephen was fun and engaging. He was patient with questions and was prepared with tips and handouts that we could take home.
All around a good time. It was a little difficult to hear at times because it was in the middle of a brewery.Regardless, I would highly recommend.

Chef Stephen was amazing! He was very knowledgeable, and made the class super fun. He thoroughly went through all the steps it takes to make a successful sushi roll. This class was on the smaller intimate side which I truly appreciated. I enjoyed the game we played with the getting the most beans in the bowl within 20 minutes. It was a great icebreaker in between. I would highly recommend booking Chef Stephen for any future cooking course. He will be hosting a Gnocchi class soon so please sign up :)

Fantastic experience. Really fun! Glad we could attend the class. I think they also teach pasta making so planning to do that one next
