We had the pleasure of having Chef Petronzio prepare a wonderful meal for our family and friends. He is very knowledgeable and engaging (he even had our kids assist with dinner prep!). Additionally, he included recipes that we still use as holiday staples to this day. Five stars!!!

When Chef Jason was working at Dominick's Restaurant, in West Chicago, IL, I had the pleasure of a "Surprise Dinner". He prepared an order of Baby Scallops in a cream sauce which wasn't on the menu. It was outstanding and I went back the next week and had it again. On another occasion, he prepared a delicious Bone In Rib Eye - perfectly cooked with all the trimmings. Over the years, I have had several fantastic meals from Chef Jason. He truly is an outstanding chef.

My name is Kristina Hein and I have had the pleasure of enjoying Jason’s cooking for many years. When Jason and his family relocated to the Seattle area, they lived with us for a short period of time. During this time, Jason shared many tips with me to make my life easier in the kitchen. For example, who knew you were supposed to hold the knife in different ways depending on what you were cutting or chopping? Jason took the time to explain how to hold the knife and why you held it in different position when you sliced, cut, or chopped. Besides giving helpful tips, Jason helped me by cooking for everyone 1-2 nights a week. My husband would come home from work and realize it was a night Jason would be cooking dinner and smile at me and say, “I hope it is Lemon Chicken!” I would grin and say, “Whatever he makes, it will be delicious!”
