I enjoyed the class very much. Maybe next time have two cooking stations, as one wasn't able to accommodate the group. The class size was great -20 should be the limit; people could socialize. Also maybe start earlier, even just 30 minutes, as it went very late and we didn't have a lot of time to enjoy the food. And bring napkins!!!🙂

Making tacos with Chef Sean was lots of fun! It was some of the best salsa and guacamole we've ever eaten, and he gave us lots of tips we will use no matter what we're cooking.
