We had a fantastic time! Incredibly kind and friendly, Sean created a open inviting environment for us to learn the basics of making our own pasta and alfredo sauce. I'd highly recommend him to anyone looking for a quick intro to Italian cuisine or cooking in general, he was a wonderful teacher :)

Really enjoyed this class!! Got to learn how to make yummy fettuccine Alfredo from scratch and even got to bring some home with me 😋 Only thing is I forgot to take a picture of the recipe...

It was great! Sean was very personable and helpful in his instruction and had some good tidbits. I would encourage him to share even more useful general cooking tips and tricks as he seemed like a great resource.

Based on the write up, I would have thought each person would have been making pasta on our own, but that wasn’t the case. It was fun taking the dough and turning it into pasta, but pretty expensive to not actually get to prepare the ingredients or cook them as anticipated.

We had such a great time in Chef Sean’s cooking class! He was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain each step in detail, making sure everyone felt confident and capable along the way. He created a fun, supportive atmosphere and was always available to help if needed. I would highly recommend his class to anyone — whether you're a beginner or more experienced in the kitchen. This class was awesome. We had a blast making chocolate truffles. Chef Sean explained all the instructions clearly. He visited all our tables after each instruction to be sure we were on target. We had lots of laughs and delicious chocolate truffles to bring home. Thanks Chef Sean!

Great class! Chef Sean did not disappoint! He made making tacos such an enjoyable event. They came out delicious along with the homemade guac and fresh salsa!! Catch this class if you can!

Chef Sean was great! He was easy to talk to, very personable, and our group had a great time learning some good tips to enhance foods that you might think you can just make anywhere. Oh I should say that all the food came out delicious (what we made and he helped with too)! Was a great experience that my girlfriend and I really enjoyed on our anniversary weekend and we’d happily do it again. Highly recommend giving him a chance as your instructor or catering go-to!

I enjoyed the class very much. Maybe next time have two cooking stations, as one wasn't able to accommodate the group. The class size was great -20 should be the limit; people could socialize. Also maybe start earlier, even just 30 minutes, as it went very late and we didn't have a lot of time to enjoy the food. And bring napkins!!!🙂

Chef Sean prepared one of the best meals I’ve ever had. Not only was the dinner beautifully plated and delicious, but it was fun to be able to watch the process as it unfolded. Sean had a lot of tricks and techniques that I had never seen before, and I learned a lot along the way as he always took the time to answer any questions we had. I would recommend him wholeheartedly to anyone who is looking for a great meal and a fun evening!
