Working in a kitchen has become second nature, whether she's experimenting with a new recipe or teaching students a new technique. Mexican and French cuisines are her specialty. My boyfriend and I recently took a Classpop Master Chef class with Adriana, and it was an unforgettable experience! Adriana’s passion and expertise were evident from the moment the class began. She started by sharing fascinating insights about the history and artistry of sushi, which made the experience both educational and inspiring.
Under her guidance, we not only learned how to make sushi but also gained an appreciation for the craft behind it. Adriana created such a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and we thoroughly enjoyed the engaging conversations throughout the class. She was patient, encouraging, and made even the most novice chefs feel like pros by the end of the session.
The evening was truly special, and we can’t wait to continue taking classes with Adriana. Whether you’re looking to try something new, improve your skills, or just have a fun and unique date night, I couldn’t recommend this class more highly. Adriana is a gem!

Fun class. Chef needs a little more experience under her belt to be sure she has all needed supplies (cutting boards, enough cooked rice etc). But we learned sushi !

Chef Adriana taught us to make paella from scratch for my grandma’s birthday. She explains the recipes in a comprehensive way and is very careful with everyone’s security.
