A graduate of Johnson & Wales University with a B.A. in Culinary Arts & Food Service Management, Chef Rocky has owned and operated multiple successful restaurants and served as a personal chef to professional athletes. His extensive background includes roles as a culinary ambassador, R&D kitchen assistant and private chef, showcasing his expertise in high-performance nutrition and scratch-made culinary creations.

Change the title of the class…… we just filled a pre made wrapper and dropped it in fryer. This is not how to make a traditional dumpling

Great instructor with a wealth of knowledge on Asian and American styles of cooking. We learned how to make some of our favorite foods with the delicious recipes the chef provided. We will definitely take the sushi making class after this cool experience.

Chef Rocky’s class was awesome! I learned so much beyond the basics of making poke bowls. He taught us the best ingredients to use, how to properly chop, and even how to make a nice presentation. Fun, informative, and delicious!

Loved this class! It was a gift for us and it was such a great idea. Chef Rocky walked us through all the steps and helps explain each part of the process easy for us to replicate at home. The dumplings were so good! Can’t wait to make these again for the fam.
