Great class! Well-organized, excellent instruction. Chef Dom is very friendly, knowledgeable, and great about answering all our questions! Food was delicious and we left feeling confident we could make our own pasta at home.

Chef Dom was incredibly knowledgeable about the subject matter and we really enjoyed meeting them, but unfortunately the class was a bit disorganized. It could be greatly improved by explaining at the beginning of the class what the structure would be and facilitating accordingly. Explaining “everyone will make their own individual sushi roll to try” or “everything will be served family style” would be helpful, as the food seemed to be first come first serve and not everyone got to try the sushi. A more structured class, especially with such a large group, and enough chairs for everyone would go a long way.
