She holds a BSC in Food & Pharmaceutical Sciences and various certifications, including ServSafe Managerial. Chef Christine has hosted online cooking classes, taught Nigerian cuisine and developed engaging recipes. Her expertise spans creative cooking, catering, culinary instruction and video editing. She also appears on Philly Cam TV's "Christine's Nuggets" and has served as a taste judge at African Restaurant Week.
